How to properly annouce a time!

I sometimes confused why its so hard for a website to put a link to, let say this site when they put a time. Its like the last E3, all website that put a liveblogging announcement either put the time in EST time zone or PST. Its not like all of the reader life in those time zone. Most of European site has a better way mentioning time by giving the local time and GMT time. But the most convenient and effective way would be using this website. Its free, handy, and informative.

Let me give you an example how to mention time properly:
Instead of this: The Sony's Gamescom Live blog will start at 10.00 AM PST
You can do this: The Sony's Gamescom Live blog will start at 10.00 AM PST (other timezone).

How to get the fixed time zone? Just set your time and date in here, click "Calculate fixed time", and there you go. Your time in every time zone in the world. Its easy and informative! Or is it that hard?
